Ingredients

  • 2 c. Scalded lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt (10-ounce) frzn corn
  • 2/3 c. Corn meal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 stk butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Egg whites, beaten

Directions

  1. Heat lowfat milk; add in corn, corn meal and salt. Stir and cook 5 min. Beat in butter and sugar. Beat egg yolks and 1-1/2 c. lowfat milk; add in to first mix.
  2. Mix in whites. Fill a well-buttered dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
