Ingredients

  • 1 x Yellow cake mix
  • 1 x Lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • 3/4 c. Water

Directions

  1. Beat 4 min. Pour into 9x13" pan, bake
  2. Icing: Mix 2 C. confectioners sugar orange juice & water
  3. If canned juice is used - use juice in stead of water When cake is done poke holes in top with fork. Pour icing over cake. Cover & storeBake at 350 for 40- 45 min
