Instant Pot Beef Short Ribs Braised in Tomato
2 slices of bacon, cut into
1 ½ pounds boneless beef short ribs, cut into 3”
½ onion, diced
3 carrots, diced
2 garlic cloves,
1 tablespoon tomato
1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon
½ cup red

1 (14.5 ounce) can crushed
Set the Instant Pot to “saute.” Add the bacon and cook until just starting to crisp. Add the short ribs in a single layer and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning until all sides are browned.
