Ingredients
2 pound grnd chuck
1 lg. onion, minced
2 sticks celery, finely minced
1 can liquid removed spinach
3/4 c. grated cheese
2 large eggs
1 pound lasagna noodles
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
Your favorite tomato sauce
Directions
Brown grnd meat, onions and celery; drain. Add in grated cheese and liquid removed spinach. Add in large eggs.
