Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour and gradually add in broth.
  2. Simmer 10 min at a low temperature. Blend at high speed till smooth.
  3. Add in lowfat milk and seasonings and simmer to blend flavors. Sprinkle each serving with cinnamon. May be served in a pumpkin shell.
