Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat ghee & saute/fry onions & garlic until golden brown. Stir in ginger, turmeric, cayenne & garam masala in turn. Stir fry for 5 min.
  2. Add in tomatoes & yogurt. Stir in salt & cook for 2 min.
  3. Pour in water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 min.
  4. The gravy is now ready to use.
  5. Makes 2 1/2 c..
