  • Reserved pulp from making brandy (see "Bubbe's Plum Brandy")

Directions

  1. A delicious spread with a seductive yeasty aroma.
  2. Cook the pulp down till it the remaining fruit breaks down and the mix is spreadable and thick. Keep in refrigerator.
  3. Yield: approximately onepint.
