  • 3 c. Oyster crackers
  • 2 env lobster bisque Dry soup mix
  • 3/4 c. Minced green onions with Tops
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Sliced, liquid removed water Chestnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 c. Frzn peas
  • 8 ounce Frzn crabmeat, thawed Cherry tomatoes, optional Green onion tops, optional
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Sprinkle 2 1/2 c. of the oyster crackers over the bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish.Layer onions,water chestnuts,peas and crabmeat crackers.Top with remaining crackers.Blend together remaining ingredients and pour over layers.Cover and chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till golden,30 to 35 min. Cut into squares to serve.Garnish with tomatoes and green onions,if you like.Makes 8 servings.
