  • 1 big sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, split lengthwise
  • 1 big sized , well ripened tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of vegetables (carrot, brinjal and potato), finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • For seasoning
  • 1 tsp. of mustard and urad dal
