Ingredients
- 1 box Waverly crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. sugar - white
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 c. peanut butter
Directions
- Line a 9 x 13 inch greased pan with the Waverly crackers. Place the butter, sugars, graham crackers and lowfat milk in a pan. Boil for 5 min. Stir often. Pour 1/2 of this mix over crackers. Add in another layer of Waverly crackers. Pour the other 1/2 of mix over crackers. Add in another layer of Waverly crackers. Heat the chips (both) and peanut butter in a glass bowl in the microwave. Stir till smooth, then pour over the cracker mix and cold. Cut when cool.
