Ingredients

  • Heirloom Strawberry-Rosemary Preserves
  • (Makes about 2 half-pint jars)
  • 1 pound of strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh or bottled
  • Prep: Wash strawberries under cold running water; drain. Remove stems and caps from strawberries
