Well, not really missed it but I’ve heard from enough folks to know they sort of expected a margarita post from me yesterday. Oops! I had to make a choice and thought an Oscar Cocktail needed to happen instead for The Friday Cocktail. Besides, we really need to start a movement to change this day. Margaritas seem to me to be the quintessential summer cocktail. February 22? Whoever decided that? I mean really, who?
