Ingredients

3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 cup chopped pecans for batter
5 large bananas, chopped or mashed
32 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sticks butter, softened to room temp.
1 box confectioners sugar
2 cups toasted coconut , divided
1 cup crushed pecans for frosting
