Directions

  1. Cream butter; gradually add in 1/2 cup sugar, beating well. Add in large eggs, beat well. Put together 1 1/3 cups flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to the creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk, beginning and ending with the flour mix. Mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Top with blueberries. Put together remaining 1/2 cup sugar, remaining 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon. Cut 1/4 cup butter into cinnamon mix with a pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
