HOW TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX Recipe
by The Southern Lady

Posted on December 16, 2016 by The Southern Lady in FOOD TIPS This is such a simple recipe for hot chocolate mix.  I keep it for months with no problems.  You can double or triple the recipe. I usually double this recipe and keep in a pint jar.  It is wonderful when you want something warm in cold weather and makes a great gift.   Most children love hot chocolate.  Just add some marshmallows or whipped cream on top for a quick treat. 6 tablespoons white granulated sugar 4 tablespoons 100% cocoa 1/4 teaspoon table salt Whisk the 3 ingredients together and store in an airtight jar or container.  Heat 1 cup milk in the microwave and add 1 tablespoon of the hot chocolate mix and stir.  This recipe for mix makes 10 cups of hot chocolate.  Enjoy!
