      Cooking egg is one of the basic things that any person who wants to cook to learn. It looks easy, but some stil cannot get it right.

        I always boil them too long lol. What does adding the salt do for the eggs?

          5 eggs,place in pan, cold water to cover, salt. Bring to boil for 12 min's. salt makes easier peeling. Shut off heat after 12 min's.
