Ingredients
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 1/8 c. Honey
- 1/2 jar Dijon mustard
- 1 dsh Garlic salt (generous)
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk till mayo cannot be seen.
- Chill several hrs.
- Great also as a dip with chicken fingers and as a spread on ham or possibly turkey club sandwiches.
