Directions

  1. Dressing: In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, horseradish, pickle relish, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar and pepper. Cover and chill.
  2. Slaw: In large bowl, toss cabbage, parsley and green onions. Add in 3/4 c. dressing and mix till thoroughly combined; chill remaining dressing for another use.
  3. Refrigeratecoleslaw at least 30 min before serving.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
