Directions

  1. Put all these dry ingredients in bowl and add in 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp melted butter (can add in 1/2 cup nuts). Mix, put in greased bowl. Put other mix in greased casserole.
  2. Put together above and spread evenly over top of former mix. Pour 1 cup rapid boiling water over. Do not STIR! Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot with ice cream.
