Ingredients

  • 6 x warm dogs, cooked
  • 9 ounce frzn peas, cooked Noodles or possibly macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce Cheese Whiz or possibly sharp grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stk butter

Directions

  1. Cut warm dogs into bite size pcs. In a saucepan, heat butter. Add in flour to make a roux. Slowly add in lowfat milk stirring constantly. Add in salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Heat till thick. Add in cheese to taste. Blend warm dogs, peas, noodles with cream sauce.
  2. Pour in buttered baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
