Hot Deviled Ham Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Crusty bread - cut in about 1 1/2" cubes - your choice of breads -about a plateful
  • 3 can Deviled ham - 4 1/2 ounce.size
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. First prepare a place of crusty bread, cut in about 1 1/2 inch cubes, trying to have every piece having some crust. Your choice of bread.
  2. For Dip: Heat deviled ham, if any fat, drain it off. Add in cornstarch and thicken over very low heat. Continue to heat on low, and add in mustard, red pepper, onion and green pepper. Mix in lowfat sour cream, keep heating just to a simmer. Serve. Fork up a piece of bread and dunk it into the warm dip.
