Ingredients

  • 1 x (6-oz) can fancy lump crabmeat, liquid removed, picked over
  • 1 c. packed shredded Muenster cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 4 Tbsp. minced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 x English muffins, split

Directions

  1. Combine crabmeat, 1/2 c. cheese, 3 Tbsp. green onions, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl and blend. Season with pepper.
  2. Preheat broiler. Arrange muffin halves, split side up, on baking sheet. Broil just till beginning to color, about 1 minute. Mound 1/4 of crabmeat mix on each muffin half. Top with remaining cheese and remaining green onions, dividing proportionately. Broil till filling is heated through and cheese melts, watching closely, about 2 min.
