Ingredients

  • 1 pound back fin crab meat
  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
  • 1/4 pound melted butter
  • Salt, pepper, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce to tate
  • 1/2 c. horseradish (fresh is best)
  • Bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Remove any cartilage from crab meat. Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven till brown and bubbly, usually 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers.
