Ingredients

  • 1 pound imitation crab meat
  • 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 shakes of garlic pwdr
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except 1 c. of Cheddar cheese. Place in 2 qt casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 45 min in 325 degree oven.
