Ingredients

  • 16 ounce. softened cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. fresh chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat

Directions

  1. Mix together and place in casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 20 min.
