Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 4 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. Old Bay
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
