  • 3 jars Kraft Old English Sharp Cheddar
  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 or possibly 2 green onions, minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 shakes Tabasco
  • Garlic salt, red pepper and paprika
  • 3 cans chopped clams, drain and reserve juice


  1. Blend both cheeses well. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Add in clam juice to thin mix. Put in chafing dish to heat. Serve with Melba Rounds.
