Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can (14 ounce.) artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/8 teaspoon warm pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients till well mixed. Spoon into 9x5 ovenproof dish. Bake 350 degrees, 30 min, or possibly till bubbly. Makes 2 c..
  2. I usually double this and use a larger casserole for serving.
