Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 200g black olives without kernels
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • water
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

  1. 1.Mix the flour,dry yeastblack olives,sour cream,milk,2 eggs,salt,pepper.
  2. 2.Add water to make a good dough.
  3. 3.Heat the oven.
  4. 4.Lay the dough,cut triangles and make horns.
  5. 5.Put them on a smeared tray,smear them with a egg yolk beaten and bake till are nice and brown.
