Directions

  1. Heat oil, add in turkey, salt, pepper.
  2. Saute/fry over high heat till brown.
  3. Combine pineapple and honey.
  4. Add in to turkey and saute/fry 3 min more.
  5. Remove pan from heat and stir in lemon juice and pimento. Arrange turkey at 1 side of platter.
  6. Toss broccoli with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  7. Serve along side of turkey.
  8. Makes 2 servings - 320 calories each.
