Honey roasted almonds are so easy to make and you will love them.  I make this recipe all the time because they make a great gift and a wonderful snack for any gathering.  You won’t be able to leave these honey roasted almonds alone and may end up doubling the recipe after you try them the first time.  This is an easy DIY or make your own that only takes a little time and is well worth the effort. 3 cups raw whole almonds 3 tablespoon honey (I use raw honey but any will do) 1/4 cup white granulated sugar Sea salt to taste Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.  Spread almonds on the sheet and roast in preheated 325 degree oven for 10 minutes.  I stir mine after 5 minutes.  While the almonds are roasting, combine the honey and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a low boil on top of the stove.  Boil about 1 minute stirring to prevent burning.   Remove from stove and pour into a bowl large enough to hold the almonds.  Once the almonds have roasted 10 minutes, pour them in the bowl with the honey sugar mixture and stir to make sure they are all coated.  Spread the almonds back onto baking sheet and continue to roast for 15 more minutes still at 325 degrees.  I don’t stir mine during this 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes remove and let cool completely.  Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.  Break apart and store in airtight container in a cool place or the fridge.  Keeps at least a week.  Makes 3 cups.  Enjoy!
