Ingredients

  • For the Peach and Mint Simple Syrup:
  • 1 small peach sliced (you can leave skins on if you want)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 sprigs of mint
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • For the Cocktail:
  • 2 1/2 oz. bourbon
  • 12-15 fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint and Peach Slices for garnish
