Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. warm water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cookies are done in 10 min or possibly less.
