Honey Nut Wheat Bread Recipe

• 2 1/4 tsp Yeast
• 2 2/3 c. Bread flour
• 1/3 c. Whole wheat flour
• 3 Tbsp. Wheat germ, toasted
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 Tbsp. Powdered lowfat milk
• 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
• 1 c. Water, plus 1 tb
• 1/4 c. Honey
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced, toasted
