Directions

  1. Stuff Cornish hens with onions, celery, and carrots. Sprinkle hens with Molly McButter, parsley, paprika, celery salt and poultry seasoning. Add in chicken broth to pan and bake at 475 degrees for 50 min basting every 10 to 15 min. Heat sauce and pour over hens or possibly serve on the side.
