Ingredients
- 6 x pork chops
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
Directions
- Trim excess fat from pork chops. Fry trimmings and throw away. Save drippings. Dredge chops in flour, then brown in warm grease. Place chops in a 9-inch square baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
