  • 2 lb Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x Lemon
  • 1/2 c. Cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk


  1. Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper in bowl. Mix egg and lowfat milk in separate bowl. Rub Chicken with lemon and dredge in cornmeal mix. Dip in lowfat milk mix and then back into cornmeal mix. Heat butter or possibly margarine to almost smoking in frying pan. Put chicken in pan and cook till golden on both sides. Put honey on top of chicken, lower heat, cover and cook for 4 min.
