Honey Dijon Salmon Recipe

Another super easy, going into my busy weeknight rotation recipe. I had a huge salmon (around 3 lbs) so the recipe is makes a lot, but it should be easy to scale down.

Ingredients

  • salmon filet
  • 1 c Dijon mustard. I used deli style, but you could use whole grain or stone ground, but then you might need to adjust the other flavors.
  • 1/2 c honey
  • salt...about a teaspoon
  • pepper...just a little
  • splash of lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except salmon) together in a bowl.
  2. Smear on top of the salmon.
  3. Bake, grill or broil until cooked.
  4. I grilled mine on a piece of foil for about 15 minutes and it came out perfectly.
