Ingredients
- 4 x hard bananas
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 c. finely minced walnuts
Directions
- Peel bananas and place in shallow baking dish.E Brush with melted butter.E Mix honey and orange juice; pour over bananas.E Sprinkle with nuts.E Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 min.E Spoon sauce over bananas and serve immediately.
