Ingredients
- 7 x Pork sausages
- 15 ml Oil
- 15 ml Honey
- 15 ml Wholegrain mustard
Directions
- 1. Twist each sausage in the centre to make two cocktail sausages.
- Heat the oil in a shallow pan, add in the sausages and fry till brown on all sides. continued in part 2
- 2. Add in the honey and mustard to the pan and continue cooking till the sausages are cooked through. Serve.
