  • 2 cans hominy, liquid removed
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound Mexican warm Velveeta cheese
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, minced

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in butter. Add in soup, hominy, and corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in cheese in slices, and mix well. Cook about 20 min.
