Ingredients

  • 1 pound well marbled beef cubes
  • 1 head cabbage (diced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables (more if desired)
  • 2 or possibly 3 med. cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Brown beef cubes in butter and some water. Add in cabbage and onion. Cook till tender, approximately 1 hour. Add in vegetables and tomato sauce. Let all ingredients simmer till ready to serve.
