Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef; drain; set aside. In kettle cook celery, onions and minced tomatoes till vegetables are tender. Add in mixed vegetables, potatoes, cabbage, 2 c. beef broth, salt, pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves and 1/4 tsp. thyme. Add in grnd beef. Simmer 1 hour.
