Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Lowfat milk
  • 2 sm. containers whipping cream
  • 2 sm. half & half
  • 1 sm. can Pet lowfat milk
  • Ice cream salt
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Mix together real good flour, salt, and sugar. Beat Large eggs; gradually add in sugar mix and mix well. Heat qt of lowfat milk on low. Don't boil. Add in egg and sugar mix to lowfat milk; cook about 5 min on low. Don't boil. Take off stove. Add in whipping cream, half & half, 1 small can Pet lowfat milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, and sufficient lowfat milk to make a gallon of ice cream. Can be frzn in electric freezer (approximately 30 min) or possibly hand crank freezer.
