Homemade Sweet Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 25 grams Chocolate [semi Sweet]
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds. Use your fingers to remove all the pulp. Drain well.
  2. Spread out on a tray to dry (sunlight works fine).
  3. Next put oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the pumpkin seeds and toast until golden brown.
  4. After that melt the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler.
  5. Now combine melted chocolate and toasted pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
