Directions

  1. Crumble grnd chuck into frying pan and brown. Drain off fat. Add in onion and green pepper, stirring occasionally till tender. Add in salt, pepper and seasoning and 1 1/2 c. water. Stir in tomato paste till desired consistency. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Simmer over low heat for 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add in more water if needed.
