Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cans tomato sauce
  • 3 sm. cans tomato paste
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. beer
  • Pork neck bone for flavor

Directions

  1. In a big pot, put in 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and heat. Then add in diced garlic. Cook till tender. Then add in tomato sauce, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Blend well. Add in onions, seasonings, sugar and beer. Add in the pork neck bone. Cook on low heat for a good 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Spaghetti sauce always taste best the next day.
