Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans sliced mushrooms
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. butter butter
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans water Or possibly
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions
- Heat butter in large skillet or possibly saute/fry pan with a lid. Saute/fry onion and garlic in melted butter till soft. Add in mushrooms, parsley, Italian seasoning, and grnd beef. Cook till beef is browned.
