Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

4 Large eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 pt. whipping cream

2 cans Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk 1/4 teaspoon salt Lowfat milk

Directions

1. Combine Large eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour in ice cream maker can, add in condensed lowfat milk and stir well. Add in dairy lowfat milk to fill line on can and stir. Put can in ice cream maker and go. Makes 4 qts.
