Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon vanilla 1 pkg. ice cream junket 3 Large eggs (whole) 1 can Dime Brand lowfat milk

1 c. sugar 2 cans Carnation evaporated lowfat milk 3 or possibly 4 c. homogenized lowfat milk 1 bag ice cream salt

Directions

1. Mix vanilla, ice cream junket, Large eggs, dime brand lowfat milk, sugar and can lowfat milk. Finish filling your ice cream freezer with box lowfat milk till it is full and put into ice cream maker.
